Once your meeting is created and enabled with registration, now you are ready to promote your meeting to an invitee list.
1. Select the, "Promote Meeting" icon, followed by, "Invite Via Email" pictured below
2. Select, "New Invite", pictured below to draft a new invitation for the meeting:
3. In the screenshot displayed below, you can customize the greeting and introduction of the email to include a first name from the contact record in Fugent.
The "subject line" field can be customized with a recommended 50-60 characters to allow for a quick intro to the email while giving the recipient curiosity to further engage.
The "body content' field allows the email text to be customized along with custom text formatting.
In the screenshot below, the "add email contacts" field group of contacts can be added to receive the invitation for the upcoming meeting.
Add one or multiple contacts/groups to receive your invitation for the upcoming meeting.
Pictured above, once the email is ready to be sent, select, "Save" dropdown, then "Send Now".
Your email is added to a queue to send out to the individuals/groups added to this campaign.
