Starting a Quick Zoom Meeting

Once you have connected your Zoom account to Fugent, you can Fugent to start quick Zoom meetings and allow attendees to join from your branded Fugent meeting page.   Fugent will keep a record of all of your Zoom meetings and attendance.  Click on the “Dashboard” and the “Start a Quick Meeting” button.

Next, ensure “Zoom Meetings” is listed under the “Meeting Provider” dropdown.

If you are interested in restricting attendees, you may password protect your quick meeting using the Fugent password field.  Attendees will need to enter the password when joining the meeting. 

The Fugent application will by default list your Zoom meeting on your meeting page.  You can give attendees your Fugent meeting page URL to join your meeting.  If can find your meeting page URL by clicking on your profile icon on the top navigation and select “Meeting Page”.

Click “Begin Meeting” to start your meeting.

Next, the following screen will display while a separate window will open asking to launch audio through the computer or through a separate audio line.  If your meeting doesn't load (second image below) please select the "Launch Meeting" link that is seen below.
