Integrating Glance Screen Share – Fugent

First, log into your Fugent account, click on your profile icon on the top navigation, and choose “Integrations”.

Next, select “Glance” on the left navigation or “Manage Glance” from the middle icons.

Enter your Glance user address and click “Connect”. You do not need to enter http:// or www at the beginning of your Glance user address. In addition, ensure that you do not have any number or keys after the .net.

Fugent will alert you in the bottom left hand corner if your account is successfully connected. We recommend that you host a test meeting with a test attendee to ensure the account is properly configured. Click Here to Learn, Start a Quick Meeting.

After you connect your Glance account you will no longer log into Glance to start meetings and your attendees will use Fugent links to join (i.e. Fugent profile page, invitations, registration confirmation, direct Fugent links or microsites).
