Hosting Glance meetings through Fugent not only provides attendance data for your meetings but will also offer insight into the entire client journey. With Fugent you can track invitations, microsites, registrations, attendance, and follow-up emails allowing insights into which promotion tactics are driving client engagement, registration rates compared to attendance, and overall client interest by topic. In addition, if your firm is using Fugent for Salesforce, you can add this data to your contact records and create custom reports.
Meeting reports can be found by clicking on the main Fugent navigation and selecting “Reports”. The Fugent application will default to past meeting reports for your activity over the last thirty days. You can change the date range and if you have admin permission which Fugent users’ activity is included in the report.
It is important to note that Glance’s API currently lacks the ability to pull attendance duration that many meeting providers provide. Therefore, you will notice on attendance reporting for Glance meetings that the attendee name and join time will be listed but no duration information. Otherwise, all Fugent reporting will mimic the reporting available for other web meeting providers such as WebEx, Zoom, or GoToMeeting. For more information on reports, search reporting in the knowledge base.
