NOTE: Your company administrator must install the Fugent Salesforce managed package in order for you to sync contact data, contact activities and meetings to Salesforce.
If your Salesforce integration is managed by a company administrator, the settings mentioned in this article will not be accessible
To access your Salesforce settings, select the, "Manage Salesforce" tab pictured below within your Fugent Integrations tab:
Salesforce - Scheduling Assistant:
Fugent will automatically check your Salesforce calendar for conflicts prior to presenting clients with Scheduling Assistant availability. Select the, Scheduling Assistant, tab pictured below and select the Check Salesforce Calendar Events for conflicting times in the Scheduling Assistant box, select save at the bottom.
