After successfully integrating your Fugent and Salesforce accounts together, depending on your granted permissions, you can configure and manage settings that determines how Fugent interacts with the Salesforce account.
The following settings, pictured below, can be managed by a user:
- Scheduling Assistant
- Choose whether you would like to integrate your Salesforce calendar with the Scheduling Assistant to automatically check for conflicts prior to presenting clients with calendar availability
- Contacts Sync
- Choose whether you would like to sync your Fugent contact activities to Salesforce (such as meeting registrations, email clicks, file downloads, etc.) and whether you would like to create new contacts that don’t exist in Salesforce.
- Meetings Sync
- Choose whether you would like to sync Fugent meetings to your Salesforce calendar and if so, which details to include and how often.

NOTE: Your company administrator must install the Fugent Salesforce managed package in order for you to sync contact data, contact activities and meetings to Salesforce.
If your Salesforce integration is managed by a company administrator, the settings mentioned in this article will not be accessible.
