When a meeting requestor submits a date/time with you to meet, mistakes can happen. For example, Incorrect data entered by the requestor such as a phone number or email address. In the event where the meeting requestor's email is entered incorrectly, this can be problematic and should be resolved quickly!
To avoid this, Fugent has the ability to send the user email notifications when an email bounces when a meeting is accepted/declined.
From your Fugent Dashboard pictured below, select your profile icon then, "Account Settings".
Select, "Reminders and Notifications" icon in the below screenshot
Select, "Scheduling Assistant"
Select, "Edit" Pictured Below
The option listed below allow you to toggle between, "Yes" or "No" to allow Fugent to send notifications to the user's email address on bounced emails being sent to the meeting requestor. Select, "Save".
