It looks like there was an unusual number of email bounces from a recent email campaign you sent in your Fugent account.
If an email campaign is sent to old or invalid email addresses, it could lead to a high number of spam complaints and undeliverable messages. To avoid these problems, follow best practices when importing and scrubbing email recipients into your Fugent contacts.
In your Fugent Email Reports, you can view which email recipients were labeled as a Bounced email.
Viewing these bounced email reports will help contribute to a high engagement rate for email campaigns sent with Fugent. The overall hygiene of your email list is an essential part of targeting your marketing. You should do email list cleanup at least a couple of times a year to keep your average bounce rate below 5%.
Follow the below steps to view bounced email reports for a campaign and export emails into an excel sheet.
