Meeting Entry Questions
What is happening when you try to join?
Blank screen?
Give them the URL of the Fugent meeting and have them open the meeting in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Can’t install WebEx?
Once you hit Join, instead of installing WebEx, Click, "Having trouble joining? Go here"
On the next page click on Run a temporary application and then click Run. Be patient. Your screen will go back to the Join Meeting screen for a few seconds. Let it continue to run and you will get "Connecting" pop up on your screen. DO NOT CLICK JOIN MEETING AGAIN. You will end up joining the meeting multiple times.
Still having trouble?
1. Make sure they are going outside of their VPN (Private Network) by opening a browser from their desktop.
2. Try a different browser
- In Firefox, if they are trying to run a temporary application they will have to go to their downloads in Firefox and run the temporary app after clicking Run a Temporary Application on the screen
