What is a Lead Time?
Lead time is a time buffer you can customize within your Fugent Scheduling Assistant. Let's assume that the current time is 9:30 AM. With a lead time of 4 hours selected, your next available time to meet would be 1:30 PM.
What is the benefit to enabling a lead time on my Scheduling Assistant?
Having a lead time for a scheduled appointment allows you to prepare for the meeting ahead of time. If you do not have a lead time set for your schedule, a contact could possibly schedule a meeting just a few minutes ahead of time and you may not have enough time to respond, accept or decline the meeting prior to the requested meeting time. Responding to all meeting requests in a timely manner is an example of providing a quality customer experience.
What is Wrap Time?
Wrap Time is a time buffer you can customize within your Fugent Scheduling Assistant after your meetings. Let's assume you have a meeting ending at 10:00 AM. With a wrap time of 30 minutes selected, your next available time to meet would be 10:30 AM.
What is the benefit to enabling a wrap time on my Scheduling Assistant?
Enabling a wrap time for a scheduled appointment allows you to enter post-meeting notes, client follow-up procedure and to prepare for any upcoming meetings. For wholesalers who allow for 30 minutes of drive time in-between appointments, this is a useful tool to not allow appointments during your drive time. Accurately displaying your availability in-between or after appointments contributes to the positive experience you are providing to your clients and prospects.
