Whether you are working internally or meeting prospects and clients face to face in the territory, there are many opportunities to create more than one schedule that your territory can view.
Generally, you can create schedules with varying date/time availabilities, meeting durations, meeting types, meeting location, etc.
Below is an example of using multiple availabilities to serve different zones within a territory.
The multiple schedules listed above have been given a customized title with varying dates and times of availability. The title of each schedule may or may not be displayed for your clients to see.
Listed below each schedule is a unique link that can be shared easily to request an appointment for that specific schedule.
The above schedule arrangement is assuming that I am traveling to different zones proactively promoting to those regions with separate availabilities.
Below is another example of using multiple availabilities for varying meeting durations.
The above schedule arrangement is assuming that I am accepting 15 minute phone meetings on Mondays - Thursdays. And 60 minute web meetings on Fridays only.
