Once you have enabled your Scheduling Assistant in your Fugent account, there are many strategies on sharing this capability with your clients and prospects. The goal of the Scheduling Assistant is Transparency, making it easy on both parties to say yes to an appointment. The better you are at communicating this ease of use, the more appointments you will have on your calendar!
1. Implementing your scheduling assistant link in your company email signature.
Over 200 Billion Emails are sent each day. Your email signature should be as clean and clear as possible with obvious calls to action. Instead of getting entangled in a back and forth email chain on possible dates and times to meet, why not have a "Schedule an Appointment" call to action added onto your email signature? This will be posted on all new emails, replies and forwards. With your scheduling assistant integrated with your company calendar, only open time slots will appear for your clients and prospects to view.

2. Adding a call to action into your existing websites, email campaigns, product launches, etc.
Email isn't the only digital real estate where you can promote your Scheduling Assistant link with your target audience. If your company utilizes a site where there is a "meet our team" page or "find your certified representative", you can link that to your Scheduling Assistant so all meeting requests are coming into one space.
Nowadays, providing a phone number and an email address is not enough. You cannot rely on others to reach out for a meeting request. Including a link to your Scheduling Assistant on all digital spaces will make it convenient for your target audience to show interest in what you are offering.
3. Creating multiple schedules within your Fugent account
If you are an internal resource utilizing the scheduling assistant, normally one schedule is only needed. However, if you are frequently traveling from one region to another to visit clients and other prospects, creating multiple schedules will be useful.
