From your Fugent Dashboard select the Main Menu Icon and select, "Scheduling Assistant"
Select, "My Schedules"
In order to share your Scheduling Assistant Calendar, you must first have at least one schedule created in your Fugent account.
Pictured below is an example of a Fugent account with multiple schedules created.
Select, "Options", "Email" next to the schedule you are promoting.
NOTE: If you are looking to promote more than one schedule in an email campaign, select, "Promote Multiple Schedules" pictured above.
Next select, "New Email"
NOTE: This page also displays previously sent and drafted emails showing the subject line used with the available options to View Email, Copy Email and Delete Email.
The next page pictured below allows you to customize your campaigns Greeting, Subject Line, Email Body and Available Times and Dates you'd like to highlight to the individual or group you are sending the campaign to.
Select, "Preview Email" to preview how your email will be displayed for your recipients.
The "Available Times" field, pictured below, allows you to select specific times and dates you'd like to highlight with your email recipients. The order in which you select the appropriate times is the order in which they will appear in the email.
Note: The availability that is setup within your selected schedule are the only dates and times that will be displayed in this field.
Pictured Below, the field labeled, "Add Email Contacts" allows you to attach individuals or groups of contacts that have been previously imported into Fugent.
Under, "Attach Files", You'll have the ability to attach multiple files/links that have been previously added into your Fugent File library.
Once you are ready to send your campaign select, "Save" pictured below.
Send Now: Selecting this option will send the campaign to the selected contacts immediately.
Send Later: Select this option to schedule your campaign to send on a specific date/time in the future.
Save Draft: Select this option to save the drafted campaign as a saved email. You'll be able to edit and revise before sending out on a later date/time.
