From your Fugent Dashboard select the Main Menu Icon and select, "Scheduling Assistant"
Select, "My Schedules"
In order to share your Scheduling Assistant Calendar, you must first have at least one schedule created in your Fugent account. Below is an example of a Fugent account with one calendar created titled, "Default Schedule".
Select, "Options" then, "Email"
On the next screen Select, "New Email"
This page also displays previous emails showing the subject line used with the available options to View Email or Copy Email.
The next page allows you to customize your email Greeting, Subject Line, Email Body and Available Times and Dates you'd like to make available to the individual or group you are sending the campaign to.
Select, "Preview Email" to show how your email will be sent to your recipients.
The "Available Times" field, pictured below, allows you to select specific times and dates you'd like to showcase to your email recipients. The order in which you select the appropriate times is the order in which they will appear in the email.
Note: The availability that is setup within your selected schedule are the only dates and times that will be displayed in this field.
The last portion of this screen allows you to attach multiple groups and/or contacts onto your email campaign.
The "Send Date" field allows you to schedule your email to be sent on a preferred date and time.
