Schedule an In Person Meeting
To schedule a meeting for the future:
1. Select the Meetings Tab
2. Select the button on the Meetings panel labeled Create Meeting
3. Fill in the Create Meeting Form
---- Meeting Name - input a unique name that will allow you to identify the premise of your meeting at a later date
---- Host Name - prefills with your name but can be changed if someone else is running the meeting
---- Guest Speaker - if you have a Guest Speaker scheduled, add them here
---- Date & Time - Set the date & time
---- Type of Meeting - Choose In Person
---- Venue - Name of the place where you plan to meet
---- Address (Line 1 and 2) - Physical address of the meeting location
---- City, State and Zip of the location for the meeting
---- Venue Phone - Phone number at the location of the meeting in case the attendee gets lost
---- Meeting Tags - Tags allow you to track data and provide you with analytics on past meetings
---- Description - you will want to list additional information about your meeting such as what the meeting is about and who should attend
---- Publish to Profile Page - Defaults to To Meeting Calendar - NO but can be changed
---- Contact for Meeting Questions - Defaults to your information but can be changed if someone else is the primary person to contact if people have questions about the meeting.
4. Select Schedule This Meeting to save the meeting to the system
