After creating the Fugent Availability within the Scheduling Assistant, you can now choose to post this onto your public profile page and Fugent email signature that is posted on all Fugent meeting invitations, reminders, follow-ups, etc.
NOTE: Editing the Scheduling Assistant display settings must be done after creating and customizing your Fugent Schedule/availability
Follow the steps below to edit the public settings for the Scheduling Assistant.
1. Starting at your Fugent dashboard select the "Menu" icon then "Scheduling Assistant".
2. You should see at least one schedule created. In the screenshot below, Standard, is the customized availability.
3. Select, "Public Settings"
4. The below screen allows you to choose which schedule you would like to have available on your public profile page and Fugent email footer/signature.
