After creating your availability within the Scheduling Assistant, you can now choose to post one or multiple schedules onto your public profile page and Fugent email signature that is posted on all Fugent meeting invitations, reminders, follow-ups, etc.
NOTE: Editing the Scheduling Assistant display settings should be done after creating and customizing your Fugent Schedule/availability.
Follow the steps below to edit the public settings for the Scheduling Assistant.
1. Starting at your Fugent dashboard select the "Menu" icon > "Scheduling Assistant".
2. The first page within the scheduling assistant will display any pending requests within the users account. Select, "Public Settings" pictured below.
3. The below screen allows you to customize where you'd like to display the, "Request an Appointment" button. The below options/locations you are able to display is:
- Fugent Profile Page
- Fugent Email Signature
