Meeting Entry Questions
What is happening when they try to join?
Give them the URL of the Fugent meeting and have them open the meeting in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Can’t install WebEx?
Once they hit Join, instead of installing WebEx, Click, "Having trouble joining? Go here"
On the next page click on Run a temporary application and then click Run – that should get them into the meeting
Still having trouble?
1. Make sure they are going outside of their VPN (Private Network) by opening a browser from their desktop.
2. Try a different browser
- In Firefox, if they are trying to run a temporary application they will have to go to their downloads in Firefox and run the temporary app after clicking Run a Temporary Application on the screen
