While in a Fugent Meeting you can share applications on your computer.
This allows you to share software that is installed on your computer that your attendees may not have on their computer.
To share an application, select Share then Application
Once you click on Share/Application the first option you have is to share an application that is already running on your computer. This is the best way to share an application. If you know you are going to share an application in your meeting, open the application and the file prior to the start of the meeting. If the application is running with the file needed for the meeting, it makes the process of sharing an application seamless to the attendees.
Select the application to Share.
If the application you want to share is not running, select Other Application.
Scroll through the list of ALL the applications on your computer, select the application and click on Share.
Whether you are sharing a new application or a running application it will open and you can maneuver through the application just the same way you would if you were not in a meeting.
Similar to sharing a web browser drop down menu bar at the top of the screen where you can do the following.
---- Select a different application
---- Share something different
---- Allow an attendee to control the meeting
---- Set the meeting so the attendees can get control by requesting it.
---- Similar to a web browser you can annotate, change the view, pause sharing
---- and most importantly --Stop Sharing.
