When hosting a meeting, you have the ability to share many things.
This presentation will go over how to share a Web Browser and
Web Content.
Web Browser
From the Share menu select Web Browser.
At this point in your meeting it is beneficial to tell your attendees
that their meeting screen will minimize and a web browser will
appear shortly. Tell them not to touch anything
After clicking on Web Browser, your browser will appear.
Once you see this screen, you can begin your web browsing.
While sharing a Web browser, there are tools available to you from the drop down menu bar at the top of the screen.
Pause allows yo to freeze your attendees web browser. This offers you the ability to manipulate the web browser with privacy. To Resume sharing, click on the Resume button.
Clicking on Share button allows you switch between the web browser other meeting options.
Assign-> Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control - allows you to give remote control of your web browser to other attendees in the meeting.
Accept Control Requests Automatically - allows attendees to get remote control upon request.
While sharing a web browser you can access the annotation tools by clicking on the Annotate button.
When you click on the Annotate button, it turns the web page into a static picture. This allows you to annotate on the web page with the annotation tools.
The View option allows you to show the web browser in full screen or to synchronize the views of your attendees.
To stop sharing your web browser, click on the Stop Sharing button.
Web Content
Sharing your web browser allows you to share web pages. If you want to share a piece of web content such as a video, you will use Share/Web Content. This allows the content to play on your attendees computers as well as your own.
After selecting Web Content from the drop down menu, you will be
Prompted to input the web address of the content you want to share.
Input the web address then click OK. As you can see from the drop down list, there are many types of files you can play as web content.
The content will play in your meeting or you can click on the blue box with
the red arrow on the bottom left to show it in full screen view
