Always start your meeting 10 to 15 minutes early, your attendees can not join your meeting until you start it. Also, starting your meeting 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time gives you time to prepare.
The first thing you should do when you start your meeting, is to write down the Host Key number. This number will allow you to reclaim the host roll should you lose connection to the meeting.
To reclaim the Host role, rejoin the meeting, click on the Participant menu
and select Reclaim Host Role.
To open a PowerPoint, select:
Share Content -> Share File
Then, browse to find your PowerPoint. Click on it and click on Open.
Repeating these steps allow you to open more then one presentation or
document.
To make your meeting flow seamlessly, you should open any application you are going to use as well as any polls.
For applications such as PDF's, Excel, web browsers, etc. simply open them on your desktop, either before or during your meeting. Then go to Share and choose Share Content ->Other Applications and choose the application that you would like to share.
To use Polling, select the View menu then select Panels and Manage Panels. In the box that appears on the screen, select Polling and click the Add button to make it active. Click OK at the bottom of the box and Polling will be added to your main screen on the right hand side of the page. To open saved poll questions, go to the File menu and choose Open Poll Questions. Browse to find the poll, select it and click on the Open button.
Now when you want to open a poll in your meeting, you can do it without slowing down the meeting.
Lastly, you can set your attendees privileges to meet your need. Whether you want to allow your attendees to chat freely or print an open presentation, you can set these privileges by selecting Assign Privileges from the Participant menu.
