The meeting software allows for you to message your attendees when they join your meeting. This is useful for providing important information such as the teleconference number.
Once you start a meeting, select Welcome Message from the Meeting menu.
Add your text to the message box and put a check in the box to display the message for your attendees when they join the meeting.
Your attendees will see the message when they join the meeting.
This feature is beneficial in making the online meeting experience a positive one for your attendees.
