One of the most flexible tools you have available to you during a meeting is sharing your desktop
Sharing your desktop allows you to share all of the programs on your
computer easily.
Sharing your desktop lets your attendees view your entire desktop
including any running applications and any actions you take.
This allows you to switch between applications without having to return
to the meeting to share a different application.
Sharing your desktop is similar to having someone physically sitting next
to you watching every move you make. The only thing not visible to your
attendees is your computer wallpaper.
Remember, if you pass control to an attendee, they will have access
to anything on your computer.
To exit Desktop sharing and return to the meeting, click on the
Stop Sharing button on the drop down toolbar.
