Why is my PowerPoint presentation blurry? How can I fix it?

Occasionally, PowerPoint presentations will contain non-Microsoft fonts or images that can look blurry if you share them as a document in the meeting window.  By sharing the PowerPoint presentation as an application, you will have more control over your attendee's view. In addition, you can still use the annotation features that appear in presentation/docuement sharing. 

To share your PowerPoint as an application: 

1.) Open the PowerPoint presentation on your computer and minimize it 
2.) From the meeting window, click on "Share" and select "Application" 
3.) You will see a list of your running programs. Select PowerPoint/ Presentation.
