When using Fugent / WebEx integrated teleconferencing in a meeting, the system prompts attendees to enter 3 pieces of information:
- Toll Free Number
- Attendee Access Code
- Attendee ID number
If the attendee does not enter an Attendee ID#, the system will not be able to match the caller with the online name in the meeting. Therefore, you will see two records for the attendee in the participant list. The system will list the attendee’s name with no phone icon from the online login and will list “Call-In User1” with a phone icon for the teleconference login.
