The Fugent / WebEx Integrated Teleconferencing prompt will ask you for 3 pieces of information when you are hosting a meeting:
- The toll-free number
- The host access code
- The attendee ID #
It is very important that you enter the attendee id #. This is not the same as the attendee access code that attendees enter when they join a meeting. The system will not recognize you as connected to the meeting as the host until you enter both the host access code and the attendee id #.
Why do I see duplicate attendees listed as "Call-In User_2", "Call-In User_3", etc.
