When hosting a meeting, you have the ability to share many things.
This presentation will go over how to share a PowerPoint in a meeting.
To share a PowerPoint, click on the Share menu and select File (Including Video).
After you have clicked on Share File (Including Video), you will be able to browse for your presentation. Select the presentation and click on Open.
Repeat this step to open more then one presentation.
The presentation opens in your meeting
While presenting your presentation, all of your tools are available through the menu bar at the side of the screen or at the bottom of the screen. You can view the participant list and chat at the bottom of the page while annotate and slide forward and back are on the side panel.
Clicking on the Annotate button opens the Annotation tool box. Your attendees can not see this.
From the left the tools are as follows:
Pointer
Text Tool
Line/Arrow
Shapes
Highlighter/Pencil
Change Color
Eraser
Save
To close a presentation click on the small X on the panel at the top of the screen with the presentations name.
Next you will be asked if you want to remove the presentation removed, click on Yes
Lastly you will be asked if you would like to save the current document. To close without saving, click No.
