- Because of this, directly after the meeting some of the duration metrics for attendees may look incorrect.
- For example, the system may display 0 minutes for an attendee or may show 300 minutes for a 60 min meeting.
- This discrepancy is caused by the method that attendees use to enter or exit a meeting.
- Some attendees may simply close their browsers instead of using the "File / Leave Meeting" option.
- The Fugent system reconciles the meeting data with the WebEx system and provides accurate data 3 business days after the meeting.
- If a per-minute customer, Fugent uses the accurate minute totals that appear 3 days after the meeting to calculate billing.
