The most accurate meeting duration information appears within your Fugent account 3 business days after your meeting takes place. For this reason, you may notice that directly after your meeting some of the duration metrics for your attendees may look incorrect. For example, the system may display 0 minutes for an attendee or may display 300 minutes for a 60 min meeting. This discrepancy is caused by the method that attendees use to enter or exit a meeting. Some attendees may simply close their browser instead of using the "File / Leave Meeting" option. Again, the Fugent system reconciles the meeting data with the WebEx system and provides you with the accurate data 3 business days after your meeting takes place. If you are a per minute customer, Fugent uses the accurate minute totals that appear 3 days after your meeting to calculate your billing.
