To open a previously saved poll in your meeting, from the Panels button, select Polling. Click the Open button and browse to find the poll that you previously saved on your hard drive and click Open.
Your attendees can not see what you are doing.
With the poll questions opened on your screen click on the Open Poll button. This allows your attendees to answer your poll questions.
Direct them to answer the questions and to click on the Submit button when complete.
Let your attendees know their answers are not anonymous.
As your attendees are answering the questions, you can see their status.
You can wait for the time to run out or if you see that everyone is finished
you can click on the Close Poll button.
Once the poll has been completed, you have the option to share the poll results with your attendees.
Put a check mark in the box marked Poll Results and click on the Apply button to share the results.
When you share the results, your attendees do not see who answered
each question, but they see the number of people that answered each question and the percentage.
Clicking on the Save button at the top of the polling box prompts you
first to save the questions.
Next you are prompted to save the results.
The results are saved as a text file (*.txt).
When you open the saved poll results file (the text file), you can then see which answer each attendee chose.
** A *.txt file can be opened in Microsoft Word®.
