1. To cancel a scheduled meeting or event, go to the Dashboard or, if the meeting is more than 2 weeks out, to Meetings.
2. Click on the icon next to the meeting name.
3. Click Cancel Meeting from the Options list
4. From the Select an Action drop down box, select Cancel.
5. Use the confirmation screen to ensure it is the correct meeting and decide whether to not to send your attendees an email informing them of the cancellation. You can also add a quick message along with the cancellation notice. Click Yes.
6. Returning to your meeting list, you will see your meeting/event has been cancelled. If you chose for your attendees to receive an email about the cancellation, it has been sent.
